This is a unique Commercial Finance opportunity with a focus on partnering with our driven sales teams on winning and structuring our deals in a way that manages the complexity of balancing our profitability and risk with business growth. You will be at the forefront of working with our clients and sales teams across the deal life cycle from negotiating contracts to problem solving on services in delivery.

Core Skills, Role and Responsibilities
The primary goal of a Commercial Business Partner is to work with our driven senior sales teams on structuring complex services deals to drive growth in our Services division, whilst balancing risk and reward across a portfolio of clients.
Core Activities
· Work with stakeholders across the business for structuring IT services deals across the deal lifecycle
· Lead Client discussions in services contract review and negotiations in partnership within house Contracts Managers
· Assessment of complex risks throughout the contract and service delivery process
· Establishment of internal risk mitigation and controls for sales account governance
· Pricing reviews and assessment of business profitability driven by clients
· Work collaboratively and building relationships with a range of Sales and Back Office functions
· Leading in management reporting on budgeting, forecasting, month end revenue and profitability analysis on assigned sales accounts.
· Management reporting on sales performance and reward tracking
· Supporting strategic priorities and transformational projects sponsored by the Senior Leadership team
· Driving commercial excellence through process improvements
· Development of business cases for strategic decision making
Knowledge and skills:
* BSc/BA degree or similar further education (ideally in a Business or Finance related subject)
* 4 + years post graduate experience in operations, commercial or business partnering role
* Comfortable leading negotiations on legal and commercial agreements
* Experience in developing governance frameworks
* Good basic financial acumen (P&L, cashflow, balance sheet) and understanding of financial modelling, contract pricing and differing pricing models.
* Experience of Financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting etc.
* Experience providing high standards of service to customers · Impeccable written and oral communication · Advanced MS Office skills (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of the legal environment relating to recruitment and provision of services would be beneficial
* Any financial qualification or legal qualification is not a requirement, however, would be beneficial for the role.
