Key Responsibilities
Working in our supply chain operation is fast paced as we aim to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time for our customers. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring Health and Safety and all legislative and operational procedures are adhered to.
- Keeping the operation working smoothly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing these with you team.
- Leading and developing a high performing team, acting as a role model for the Partnership.
- Making sure all Partners are treated fairly and respectfully.
- Supporting the wider teams within your site when required, including deputising for the Warehouse Shift Manager in their absence.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
- Experience working in a management role in a Distribution / Warehouse environment with knowledge of working with warehouse management systems.
- Stock Management experience.
- A good understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
- Experience of dealing with full disciplinary procedures according to ACAS guidelines.

As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you'll oversee the operational procedures of the warehouse and a team of Partners working in it to ensure the smooth running of our supply chain operation.

Hours of work: Full Time, 37.5 Hours, working a 2 week rota, 5 days out of 7. Monday to Sunday, 14:00 to 22:00
Salary: This role will start from £36,400.00, Annual
This role will attract a potential shift premium of 25% of base rate, this is an additional earning of£9,100
