Job Title: Graduate Town Planner

The Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will gain exposure to a wide range of planning projects, from residential and commercial developments to rural and strategic schemes. You will support senior colleagues in preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals, as well as engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
This role offers the perfect environment to develop your skills and progress towards chartered RTPI status, with full mentoring and professional development support provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and supporting documents
Conducting planning research and site appraisals
Contributing to Local Plan representations and appeals
Engaging with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders
Supporting senior team members across a diverse workloadAbout You
A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline
Strong communication, research, and report-writing skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in planning and working towards RTPI chartershipWhat's on Offer
