Field Care Supervisor Our client is looking for a proactive, caring, and confident Field Care Supervisor to join their friendly team. You’ll help ensure our clients receive outstanding, person-centred care that enables them to live independently at home. The Role Conduct QA and Service Review calls, client visits, and care plan reviews. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Care Professionals. Support, mentor, and supervise Care Professionals. Carry out compliance and audit checks, maintaining accurate client records. Solve problems quickly and professionally while upholding care quality. Participate in a shared on-call rota (1–2 evenings per week, including weekends/bank holidays). About You Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care. Strong communication and organisational skills. Positive, caring, and solutions-focused attitude. Confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team. Knowledge of CQC standards and care governance. Full UK driving licence and access to transport. Sales-minded, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
