The Sales Valuer is responsible for generating new business through property valuations, building strong client relationships and securing instructions. This is a target-driven role focused on converting opportunities and delivering excellent client service. Key Duties Conduct property valuations and provide expert pricing advice Convert valuation opportunities into new instructions Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing vendors Follow up leads and maintain a strong pipeline of future business Oversee the launch of new properties to market Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers Maintain accurate records on the CRM system Conduct accompanied property viewings Match buyers to suitable properties and maintain relationships Resolve issues such as surveys, chains and delays Salary Dependent on experience Location - Various positions available across our 5-branch network Skills: Previous estate agency or sales experience pref Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills Excellent communication & relationship-building Highly organised with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a proactive approach Full UK driving licence Benefits: Salary with rewarding, performance led commission Providing a high volume of quality valuation leads Supportive, team-focused working environment 35 days holiday (inc PH & Christmas closure) Established brand with strong market presence
