The Role
* Liaison between the office and our team of Care Professionals
* Participate in on call duties
* Participate in emergency cover as required
* Provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients live independently in their own home
* Coordinating staff/Care Professional meetings
* Conduct client and Care Professional introductions
* Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software
* Support with Client Quality Assurances
* Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care
* Support and mentor Care Professionals
* Provide support to the Management team
* Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery
* Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business
* Support and train new Care Professionals
* Engagement with community/marketing initiatives
Qualifications
All we ask from you is:
* A friendly and approachable manner with a desire to help others
* Committed and reliable; our clients will depend on you
* Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent or willing to work towards qualfication
* Flexibility in your weekly schedule including weekends
* Full valid driving licence and access to your own car is required
Training and on-going support will be provided.
