Compensation
* Up to $50-60K, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Executing full-cycle payroll for a multi-state workforce.
* Managing accounts receivable and collections, including complex invoicing and aging analysis.
* Performing essential bank reconciliations and internal tax processing.
* Utilizing advanced ERP and timekeeping systems for data integrity.
* Handling specialized expense management and per diem tracking.
* Supporting month-end close and internal financial reporting.
* Partnering with cross-functional teams to validate new system procedures.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Proficiency with ERP, preference to JD Edwards, Kronos, or Concur.
* Expertise in advanced Excel functions like pivot tables and complex formulas.
* Direct experience navigating multi-state payroll tax regulations.
