General Foreman - Wastewater Infrastructure- Long-Term Framework Opportunity - South West
Are you a hands-on General Foreman with strong pipe laying experience looking to secure your place on a long-term wastewater framework as AMP8 delivery builds?
With workload increasing across the Wessex region, our client is strengthening their team with experienced General Foremen to support projects across Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
You will be supporting delivery within a two-year rolling wastewater and DNO programme, with responsibilities including:
·Coordinating and directing gangs on the ground
·Leading pipe laying operations (essential)
·Overseeing tank and associated civils works
·Managing permits and day-to-day site activity
·Driving health & safety performance
·Ensuring work is delivered right first time
This is a delivery-focused, boots-on-the-ground role - ideal for someone who leads from the front.
Qualifications & Experience
·Proven experience as a General Foreman within utilities or wastewater infrastructure
·Strong pipe laying background (must be confident leading crews in this area)
·Demonstrable commitment to health & safety
·SMSTS or SSSTS
·CSCS (Gold or Black preferred)
Highly Desirable:
·Temporary Works Supervisor / Coordinator
·NRSWA Supervisor
·Experience delivering tank structures and trench works
·EUSR Water Hygiene
