28.33 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Fixed until 31st August 2026
Grade 10 £25,992 - £27,269 FTE (£17,117 - £17,958 pro-rata) per annum
Callicroft Primary Academy are looking to appoint two enthusiastic and passionate Teaching Assistants to join their team on a fixed term basis from 1st September 2025 until 31st August 2026. Hours for these roles are 28.33 hours per week which are to be worked Monday – Friday, actual working hours will be agreed with the Headteacher. The successful candidates will work term time only plus inset days.
This role involves working alongside class teachers to support and improve the academic progress of our learners with special educational needs or disabilities. We are looking for a kind, dedicated and considerate TA’s who will have the energy and enthusiasm to support and nurture some of our most vulnerable learners.
Depending on the skill set of the successful candidates, they may be placed to work in our established Nurture Groups or supporting a child with SEND in the mainstream provision.
All candidates must have a good standard of general education, to include Maths and English at GCSE level 4 or above or equivalent qualification and NVQ3 for Teaching Assistants or other relevant experience and qualification.
