Admin Assistant / PA Assistant (Aberdeen)
Degree holder (Fresh grad are also welcome)
1-2 years general clerical working experience
Energetic personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, positive and a team player
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Job Duties:
Provide administrative & secretarial support to Managing Director
Managing schedules, travel arrangements and hotel accommodation
Coordinate meetings and prepare business correspondence
Handle ad hoc assignments as required
