They are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join their growing, high performing team in London.
This is a Hybrid role, so will require 2-3 days in their London office per week.
Responsibilities:
* Design and execute sophisticated advertising initiatives on YouTube, TikTok, and Meta platforms for primary clients utilizing an in house machine learning platform and exclusive data for maximum relevance and brand alignment.
* Provide informed strategic suggestions grounded in data analysis to enhance YouTube strategies and meet predetermined performance objectives.
* Follow campaigns, interpret data to derive actionable insights, ensuring measurable outcomes.
* Foster enduring client relationships, emphasizing trust and loyalty. Collaborate with international sales teams in the US, UK, and Australia to devise global account tactics.
* Coordinate with Ad Operations and Data Analytics units to maintain consistent performance measurement and attainment of client KPIs.
Essential Experience:
* 2+ Years of Google Ads (Previously called Google AdWords) Experience essential
* Experience managing video-heavy digital ad campaigns
Preferred Experience:
* Experience with Google DV360, Meta or TikTok media buying
* Google Ads certification
