FTE Salary: £26,834 - £30,235 per annum
Actual Salary based on 24 hours per week: £16,100 - £18,141
Starting Salary will be dependent on experience

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Trigonos Team, based in Nantlle, Gwynedd. Trigonos has a successful history of providing warmth and high-quality hospitality for a range of activities and courses. The 20 bedroom facility includes meeting rooms, workshop spaces and beautiful grounds. The successful candidate will be required to support the leadership of our Hospitality Team as part of the Ruskin Mill Trust, to be based at Trigonos Hospitality and Retreat Centre.
Duties include:
* Proactively seek new customers and leads to grow revenue;
* Undertake market research and identify gaps in the market where Trigonos may be able to provide a solution;
* Develop partnerships with key businesses to encourage repeat custom;
* Organise events for potential clients / course / Group leaders to sell the Trigonos Offer;
* Attend and be available for new client events to maintain communication on the first day;
* Identify opportunities for new Trigonos eents and courses including residential and non-residential events such as Space to Be, Flax Seed to Fibre, Weaving etc.
* Work with the Publishing Team and develop marketing materials for Trigonos as an event space;
* Work closely with the Assistant Manager, Bookings and Administration to ensure that the website and social media posts market discounts and special offers to generate revenue especially during the quieter months.
As Trigonos is part of Ruskin Mill Trust, the successful applicant will also be expected to embrace, articulate and work with the Trust's objectives, vision, values, purpose and method, ensuring that the Trust's paradigm of biodynamic agriculture, Anthroposophical medicine and practical skills education, which is informed by Steiner Education, is maintained, implemented and integrated within the provisions of the Trust.
The successful candidate will be/have;
* Experience of revenue generation / sales
* Applications from Welsh speaking applicants would be highly desirable although not necessary.
* Experience of working in a leadership role in the hospitality sector is preferred
* High level of personal resilience and ability to think with an innovative and solution focussed perspective when faced with barriers
* Highly Computer Literate in Microsoft office applications, especially Excel
* Committed to the development of Trigonos as a wellbeing retreat, college and social enterprise
