What You'll Do as a Learning Support Assistant:
1. Support students in the classroom and one-on-one, especially those with SEN like autism or ADHD.
2. Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
3. Collaborate with teachers to develop effective strategies.
4. Build students' confidence and foster a love of learning.
What We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant:
1. Experience working with children in any setting.
2. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.

4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
