Overview
We have a great opportunity to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Five Wells, working as a Cover Tutor - Industry. The successful candidate will be expected to cover delivery across the full curriculum including construction workshops. This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.

Site Information
HMP Five Wells is a Category C prison based in Wellingborough. The facility opened in 2022 and is focused on delivering education and rehabilitation in partnership with the MOJ and local communities.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Teaching qualification and, where applicable, relevant subject specialist qualification, with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
* Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)/ Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) or commit to work towards within a specified timeframe (Applies to Teachers in YOI only)
* Ability to create stimulating and motivating learning environments
* Ability to achieve quality targets and produce accurate and timely reports
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners
