The Role:
As a Salaried GP at our practice, you will be an integral part of our team, delivering comprehensive general medical services to a diverse patient population. You will work closely with our experienced clinicians, practice nurses, and administrative staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing high-quality clinical care to patients, including consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
2. Delivering a range of services including chronic disease management, preventative healthcare, and health promotion.
3. Supporting and mentoring junior staff and trainees.
4. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical audits.
5. Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
6. Adhering to clinical guidelines and practice policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
7. Fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
8. Experience as a GP (newly qualified or experienced candidates welcome).
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
10. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes.
11. Proficiency in using EMIS Web or similar clinical systems is desirable, but not essential.
