Are you looking to relocate to Cardiff and join one of the most highly respected companies? A prestigious property consultancy has enlisted Beach Baker to recruit a Lease Consultancy / Agency Surveyor, ideally at the Senior Surveyor or Associate level, for their Cardiff office.

Role Summary:
7. Client-Focused: Develop and maintain strong internal and external contacts.
8. Lease Negotiations: Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, and re-gears for landlords and tenants.
9. Agency Work: Engage in agency work, including property acquisitions, disposals, and lettings.
10. Evidence Compilation: Prepare pre-negotiation reports and reports for 3rd party referrals.
11. Collaborative Work: Work closely with agency and transactional teams.
12. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
13. Progressive Workload: Take on increasing responsibilities as you progress within the firm.

What We Need from You:
17. Educational Background: Degree-level Real Estate qualification (RICS accredited).
18. Professional Membership: RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
19. Versatile Skills: General surveying skills beyond narrow practice areas.
20. Legislative Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of lease consultancy legislation.
21. Technical Competence: Demonstrable expertise in landlord and tenant matters.
