Duties
* Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
* Conduct regular surveillance of the venue using CCTV systems to identify any suspicious activity.
* Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and ensure the integrity of the establishment.
* Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
* Maintain a visible presence to deter potential disturbances and provide assistance to patrons as needed.
* Liaise with local authorities when required, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to security operations.
* Prepare incident reports as necessary, documenting any issues or breaches of security.
Experience
* Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, is essential.
* Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies is advantageous.
* Certification in first aid is preferred; candidates without certification must be willing to undergo training.
