Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales role located in London, responsible for managing incoming leads, generating leads, promoting office solutions, building relationships with brokers and potential clients, and conducting site tours. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects. The role will also involve an element of marketing, reporting, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience, lead generation, and business development skills
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
* Capability to build and maintain broker and client relationships
* Organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
* Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
* Customer service orientation and ability to tailor solutions based on client needs
* Industry experience or familiarity with office space solutions is essential
