You will work with a high-quality client base across real estate, infrastructure, financial services and international corporates, advising on complex commercial and strategic matters within a well-established and highly regarded practice.

The Role
* Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts including outsourcing, supply, joint ventures and strategic projects
* Work with clients across key sectors including real estate, infrastructure, financial services and international businesses
* Support on complex, high-value and cross-border transactions
* Build and develop client relationships within an established national platform
* Contribute to the continued growth of the Manchester office
* Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices on multi-disciplinary matters
* Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team
* Play an active role in business development and profile-raising initiatives
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in commercial contracts and advisory work
* Currently operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director or junior Partner level
* Portable following or demonstrable track record of originating work and generating revenue
* Background from a reputable national, city or strong regional law firm
* Evidence of business development capability and client relationship management
* Exposure to key sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, finance or international trade advantageous
* Commercially minded with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
* Ambitious with a desire to develop and grow within a leading Manchester platform
