We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support a range of healthcare settings across Hertfordshire, Essex, and London.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality personal care and support to patients and service users.
* Assisting with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility support.
* Monitoring and recording observations where required.
* Supporting nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient care.
* Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
* Maintaining accurate records and following care plans.
* Adhering to safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Assistant (Minimum 6 months UK experience).
* A caring, professional, and patient-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS. (we can assist in applying for this if required).
* Mandatory & Statutory practical training (we can assist in booking renewals if required).
