Day Rate: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Long-term with opportunity for permanent placement
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

The Role
Long Term Futures is working closely with a warm, community-driven primary school in Camden to appoint a dedicated ABA Tutor. This full-time role supports a Year 2 pupil with ASD, who currently works at a nursery-level developmental stage and follows a structured Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programme.
You'll work under the guidance of an external ABA consultant and the school SENCO to implement strategies that support engagement, communication, and self-regulation. The setting is especially suited to children who benefit from quiet routines and low-stimulation environments, allowing you to build strong, consistent rapport with the pupil over time.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one tutoring sessions that follow the pupil's ABA programme
Use prompting, reinforcement and visual aids to support progress
Implement structured behaviour management techniques in a patient, predictable way
Help adapt class-based activities in collaboration with the teacher and therapist
Maintain clear data tracking and contribute to regular progress monitoring
Support personal care and smooth transitions throughout the school dayWhat We're Looking For
Experience working with children with ASD and/or delivering ABA, PBS or similar interventions
A reliable, nurturing presence with a calm approach to dysregulation
Confidence using visuals, sensory tools, and early communication strategies
Team player with strong communication skills
