You will be the first point of contact for clients, investors, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience at all times. You will also take ownership of meeting room coordination, support internal teams, and assist with wider office and event requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Managing meeting room bookings, set-ups, and schedules
3. Handling incoming calls and correspondence with confidence and discretion
4. Supporting internal teams with administrative and ad hoc tasks
5. Assisting with events and ensuring front-of-house runs smoothly
About You:
6. Proven experience in a Senior Receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within investment or professional services
7. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience
8. Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
9. Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
