Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) is a subsidiary of Titan Wealth. Our focus is providing best‑in‑class advice on wealth management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Our mission is to help businesses and their employees explore, set, and achieve their financial goals.
This role will provide support to financial advisers or consultants to enable the provision of financial or product advice to clients, as set out within the FCA’s rules and company procedures.
The role is hybrid, working from our office in Newton Mearns.
Responsibilities
* Helping advisers to prepare for client reviews
* Ensuring all client and plan information is up to date on IO
* Requesting plan information from providers via post, email or direct platform, chasing to ensure receipt before the meeting and uploading to IO once received
* Updating contributions and withdrawals using provider transaction history, linking any intra‑plan transfers
* Adding missing policy information to IO
* Validating all funds in IO, ensuring unit balances and price feeds are correct for accurate plan values
* Checking income expectations on client plans and updating as required
* Collating costs and charges for client plans, including income from commission, fund‑based or adviser charges
* Using standard IO templates to create and check client valuation reports, uploading to IO
* Producing OneNote packs requested by advisers (e.g., Client Charter, FE Analytics research, KID, Data capture form, Client Valuation Report comparing old and new investment propositions)
* Preparing cases for submission to the AST team, completing plan information checklists and chasing providers for missing data via phone and email
* Checking and validating client income expectations when requested
* Liaising with advisers to ensure data accuracy so valuations and revenue match
* Interacting with advisers and client support to deliver excellent customer service
* Producing client letters as required
* Answering phone calls from the Main Hunt Group
* Ensuring agreed service levels are delivered timely
* Handling day‑to‑day telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers efficiently
* Creating and maintaining effective client files
* Processing new business and application submissions
* Liaising and chasing product providers as needed
* Keeping up to date with new products, technical or legislative changes in the marketplace
* Always complying with Compliance policies
* Engaging in training and development as applicable
* Performing ad‑hoc tasks while considering TCF and business needs
Essential Skills, Qualities & Experience
* A minimum 12‑month IFA administration experience supporting an advisor
* Previous regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Methodical and organised
* Computer literate
* Accurate with good attention to detail
* Problem‑solving
* Knowledge of the advice process
* Collaborator who takes initiative and is curious
* A desire to learn, develop, and step out of comfort zone
