Working alongside of the Manufacturing Engineers the Technical Author will ensure the work instructions our operators use to do their jobs are safety, efficient, quality focused and to the process. Furthermore, the Technical Author will own the SOP change approval process working with operations, quality, and engineering functions to ensure the SOPs are to the best standard.
