3. Provide tailored tax advice and solutions to private clients.
4. Manage and oversee compliance processes for private client tax matters.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their unique needs.
6. Review and approve tax computations and submissions.
7. Identify tax planning opportunities to minimise liabilities for clients.
8. Support and mentor junior team members within the tax department.
9. Stay informed on changes in tax legislation and their implications.
10. Assist in business development activities to grow the client base.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tax Senior Manager - Private Client should have:
11. Demonstrates strong technical expertise across private client and personal tax, with the confidence to handle complex advisory work independently.
12. Brings experience from a tax-focused environment such as a private client practice, or specialist tax team.
13. CTA or ACA/ACCA (not essential if strong advisory experience)
14. Builds trusted client relationships with ease, communicating advice clearly, professionally, and commercially.
15. Possesses excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax matters and deliver practical solutions.
16. Shows a proactive, hands‑on approach and is comfortable taking ownership of work within a smaller, close‑knit team.
17. Demonstrates the ability to mentor or support junior colleagues when required.
18. Maintains a strong commitment to high‑quality work, client care, and professional integrity.
