Building Services Design Engineer (Mechanical)
Are you a Building Services Design Engineer from a Mechanical background looking for more ownership and involvement in projects from cradle to grave?

In this role you will be responsible for early stage project development of Data Centres and Critical IT Infrastructure. You will be signing off contractors’ work, delivering technical feasibility studies, creating technical specifications and taking a position of a technical lead for the mechanical aspects of Data Centre design. Full training and support will be given, enabling you to progress your career.

The Role
* Collaborating with clients to develop early concepts for mechanical systems within data centres.
* Front‑End Engineering & Design (FEED) of mechanical systems within data centres.
* Creating specifications and reviewing proposals for the design team.
* Tailored development plan to progress your career.
* Working within a closely knit team of technical experts.
* Working from the Oldham-based office.
The Person
* Mechanical background (HVAC, ventilation, cooling, cold‑water loops etc).
* Knowledge of FEED / early concept project work.
