We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales team as a National Account Executive Freight.

Working hours: 37.5 hours
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, with a 1-hour unpaid break

What you will be doing:
* Representing the organization to current and potential customers through face-to-face interactions and the sales process.
* Achieving sales targets and earning related commissions.
* Developing and implementing national account strategies, making sales calls, acquiring and retaining customers, creating proposals, and supporting account activation and post-sales activities.
* Monitoring competition and focusing on freight products.
* Collaborating with FedEx Logistics to grow freight revenue across all sales segments (AE/EL/ER/EG) and across FedEx/TNT/SpS.
What you bring:
* Highly motivated, customer-focused, and commercially aware.
* Experienced sales professional with a proven track record of managing multiple accounts to customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative, enterprising, convincing, and genuinely interested in customers.
* Demonstrates initiative, organization, and adaptability within a team environment.
* Proficient in PC skills and bespoke systems.
