Role – Project Support
Location – Remote/Hybrid - 1 day a week in London
Salary - £35,000 - £40,000
I am working alongside a leading hard services M&E client of ours who are currently looking to hire a Project Support to work within one of their largest contracts.
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background working within a construction/engineering background and has knowledge on BMS systems.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Work with the internal team.
Reviews, or approves Scope of Work/changes and reviews with team members and subcontractors to ensure all responsible parties have a clear understanding of proper mechanical and electrical installations and or scope of work requirements.
Qualification/Background Needed:
Experience in any of these fields is desired- Building Automation / HVAC systems, Project management roles, Facility Management, Mechanical / Electrical / Information technology, knowledge through study, training, or practice.
Fluent in both written and verbal English – other language skills are welcome.
A strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when necessary.
Previous experience in a high-volume and fast-paced administrative role.
Ability to learn new tasks, systems, and skills quickly.
