Job Description
3. Manage all finance activities for UK & Germany legal entities
4. Lead statutory processes: journals, reconciliations, month/year-end close
5. Complete tax returns, VAT submissions, and statutory accounts
6. Deliver treasury forecasting and cash management
7. Lead internal and external audit requirements
8. Prepare year-end schedules including tax packs and statutory filings
9. Manage monthly forecasting and financial submissions
10. Ensure compliance with SOX financial certifications
11. Support wider European businesses (France, Italy, Spain)
12. Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
13. Review and improve existing finance processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager will ideally have:
14. CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or working already at this level but part-qualified or QBE
15. Experience in multinational and multi‑currency environments would be beneficial but not essential
16. Strong technical accounting skills and understanding of statutory frameworks
17. Advanced spreadsheet and analytical capabilities
18. Organised, deadline-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
19. Collaborative communicator comfortable working across global teams
