We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Analyst who will be r esponsible for ensuring that conveyancing processes across all property departments comply with legal and regulatory requirements as well as specific lender requirements and that quality standards are maintained. The role involves auditing, monitoring, systems and process review, reporting on risk and compliance, as well as providing training to staff and liaising with various members of the Lightfoots’ team. Conducting regular file reviews of property matters to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks and the Firm's PCPs, as well as specific lender requirements. Key Responsibilities Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to minimise risk and ensure high standards of service as well as enforcing our core values. Identifying areas of risk and non-compliance and reporting on these with recommendations for remediation. Identifying opportunities for consistent quality improvement and liaising with stakeholders to implement system and process changes. Investigating and assisting in the resolution of client complaints. Providing training to staff and offering guidance on resolving quality and risk issues. Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks, as well as specific lender requirements. What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of property processes, including residential, BTL, and bridging finance, and relevant legal requirements. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to analyse data and identify areas for improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
