Job Description
3. Manage the procurement of subcontracting services
4. Maintain relationships with subcontractors
5. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
6. Work collaboratively with other departments on procurement matters
7. Negotiate contracts
8. Track and report on subcontractor performance
9. Identify opportunities for cost savings
10. Maintain procurement records and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
11. Previous procurement experience at Buyer level within the private sector
12. Strong negotiation skills
13. Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures
14. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
15. Eagar to learn and develop
16. Comfortable being in the office 3 days per week (able to work from home Monday & Fridays)
