Job Title: Admissions Officer
We are seeking an Admissions Officer to join our Admissions Team.
Reporting to the Registrar, the Admissions Officer will be responsible for all aspects of pupil recruitment for Tonbridge School.
This role serves as the primary contact for prospective parents and will play a key role in guiding families through the admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment. The post holder will work closely with the Admissions team to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all parents and pupils.
Candidate Requirements:
1. At least two years' experience in a similar role.
2. Strong administrative skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proven experience in a 'front of house' position.
5. An awareness of the broader issues involved in working within an educational environment is advantageous.
This is a full-time, all-year-round position.
