As a Project Manager you will be working on a range of complex projects whilst working with cross functional teams to plan and co-ordinate work to be deliver the business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a portfolio of business-critical projects from initiation to delivery.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Drive project governance, reporting, and benefits realisation.
* Act as a Product Owner where required, ensuring user needs are met.
* Manage budgets, resources, risks, and timelines effectively.
* Support change management and ensure successful project adoption.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project management role.
* Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects.
* Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
* Agile methodology experience and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Teams.
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
This is a hybrid position based in Leicester, offering the flexibility of three days in a modern office environment and two days working from home.
