The Role | English ECT - As an English ECT, you will:
* Teach English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Inspire students through literature, poetry and creative writing
* Encourage students to develop confidence in reading and communication
* Work collaboratively within a supportive English department
* Take part in the schools structured ECT programme
Support for an English ECT - Every English ECT will receive:

We Are Looking for an English ECT Who:
* Has (or is working towards) QTS
* Has strong subject knowledge in English
