As a Head of Support in our team you will beresponsible towards Processing incoming requests for SAP FieldService Management and Coresuite / SAP Business One. You and yourteam will be dealing with and working with Partners end customersand the Development Team while focusing on our new ProductInsightLoop that uses generative AI to transform customer and fieldservice.

Tasks
* Developand implement strategies to improve support efficiency and responsequality
* Manage and mentor a remote supportteam
* Management of general daytoday operationsof the IT person that is also the main point of contact ensuringall IT infrastructure is running smoothly and securely
* Analyze support interactions and strategiesensuring alignment with business objectives
* Oversee department budget and resourceallocation
* Maintain strong relationships withinternal and externalstakeholders
Requirements
* Mastersdegree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
* Excellent communication in English Germanwould be a plus
* Experience with SAP BusinessOne (or other ERP)
* 7 years in customer supportwith leadership experience in a tech environment
* Proven ability to improve support operationsand customersatisfaction
