Hospitality Manager – Family Entertainment Venue
Location: Manchester

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to take the lead at one of Manchester’s most exciting family entertainment venues. This is your chance to combine your leadership skills with a vibrant, guest-focused environment – without the late nights!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the venue with a strong focus on service excellence
* Leading, motivating, and developing your front-of-house team — from hiring to training and ongoing support
* Managing budgets, stock, and supplier relationships with commercial awareness
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health, safety, and hygiene at all times
* Creating a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest, every visit
