They are seeking a Registered Manager to take operational leadership of their Supported Living Services; an exciting opportunity which combines people leadership, service delivery, and regulatory compliance to create truly person-centred, outcome-focused support.
Role
As their Registered Manager, you’ll:
* Lead, inspire and develop a team of Care & Support Workers and Team Leaders.
* Ensure their services meet and exceed CQC requirements, fostering a culture of openness, quality, and continual improvement.
* Build strong relationships with customers, families, professionals, and commissioning authorities.
* Oversee staffing, rotas, budgets, and resources to deliver safe, effective, and empowering support.
* Be a visible and hands-on leader, ready to step in, solve problems, and drive positive change.
About you

* Flexible – able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and on-call duties as required.
With experience of:
* Managing regulated services within a CQC framework.
* Leading, supervising and motivating support staff.
* Financial management and rota planning.
* Building effective partnerships with families, professionals and commissioning bodies.
You will also need a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
