Job Description
1. Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
2. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
4. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
6. Prepare and present regular project updates to key stakeholders.
7. Facilitate procurement of materials and services required for project execution.
8. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
9. 5+ years of project management experience - ideally working on public or multifamily projects
10. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS, etc.)
11. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
12. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success.
13. Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
14. Degree in Construction Management or other related field (preferred)
