Following a defined renewal process, you will ensure the successful renewal of our Tools and Feeds products and services for your assigned clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow into a product expert and become the go to person within the Sales team for IDX’s Tools & Feeds products. In addition to renewals, you will have a monthly target to further grow your accounts by identifying opportunities to introduce our diverse range of products to meet client needs. You Will Ensure all renewals are processed and completed in the CRM in a timely manner, no later than 60 days before any renewal date. Maintain and facilitate a renewal rate of 98% across the entire Client Relations portfolio. Nurture and uphold a high standard of client communication at every opportunity. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling by leveraging strong communication and relationship-building skills to address client needs and drive revenue. Work closely with the BD team to identify and act on opportunities for growth within the portfolio of accounts. Play an active role in the Client Relations team by sharing knowledge and proactively seeking assistance when needed. Attend internal team meetings, ensuring follow-ups are documented and actioned. Ensure all sales processes are followed, including proper documentation and CRM management. About You A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to team goals while proactively sharing knowledge. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and ensure timely completion of renewals and CRM updates. High work ethic and a demonstrable commitment to achieving results, maintaining a renewal rate of 98%, and driving account growth. Excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills and the ability to manage, negotiate, and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders effectively. Detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring all administrative tasks, such as documentation and CRM management, are completed accurately and efficiently.
