THE EMPLOYER IS: PERFECT FIT The role involves serving as the main point of contact for clients and providing support to the manager and studio staff as needed. Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, responding to emails, creating invoices, and handling till duties. This role will suit an enthusiastic, team oriented individual with a love of great customer service and a desire to learn more about the work we do. The successful candidate who brings their best to the role may have the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining the reception area and welcoming clients.
* Assisting with garment intake.
* Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries.
* Booking and managing client appointments.
* Preparing, printing and issuing invoices.
* Supporting seamstresses with studio tasks such as steaming gowns, hand sewing/minor repairs and light machine sewing when required.
* Organising fabrics and studio supplies.
* Maintaining a clean and well organised workspace.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Good communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Adequate technical ability in order to complete card payments, making/printing invoices and booking appointments.
* Able to handle money and use a calculator with ease.
Desirable Skills
* Ability to use Canva.
* Sewing skills - Training will be provided.
