Osmo is an industry-leading brand of high-quality, sustainable wood care products, sold in over 60 countries worldwide. We use only the finest natural ingredients that you can rely on. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well-established team in Aylesbury.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to join our small sales, customer service, and admin team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about their work and eager to learn in a fast-paced but relaxed working environment.

Responsibilities:

* Handling customer calls and email enquiries with excellent customer service.
* Processing sales and purchase orders, returns, and claims.
* Investigating and resolving customer disputes.
* Building strong relationships with our customers.
* Providing general administrative support to all departments.

Required Skills:

* Excellent communication skills with a polite, professional, and proactive attitude.
* Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
* A strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for your work.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and thrive under busy workloads.
* Working well as part of a team.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Experience with customer service and sales administration programs like Sage 200 would be ideal but not essential.
* A good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel would be beneficial, but again, it's not essential.
* Full training will be provided to the right candidate, so a willingness to learn is key.

Benefits:

* We offer a competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience) with generous bonuses every 6 months.
* 25 days of holiday, including a Christmas shutdown.
* This is a full-time position (37.5 hrs) - Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday–Thursday) and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Friday).
