Position: SEND Teacher
Location: Red Kite School, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, HP27 0JW
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Start Date: October 2025

As part of our continued growth in service, we are excited to be looking for a SEND Teacher to join our amazing team at Red Kite School in Princes Risborough.
We are part of Outcomes First Group and Acorn Education, delivering support for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
4DWW note: 4-Day Working Week is available, with 80% of contractual hours for 100% pay, subject to probation and not contractual.
About The Role
As a dynamic and motivated qualified teacher, you will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of pupils. In this role, you will respond to the needs of individuals with SEMH, helping them flourish and thrive.
You will plan and deliver engaging learning on a daily basis, developing methods that stimulate interest and curiosity in the classroom. You will observe, monitor, and assess students, ensuring their personal development and wellbeing are as important as the academic curriculum. You will have the opportunity to work creatively with extensive resources and expert support.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a passionate Teacher and excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with pupils with SEMH needs, while contributing to the school’s vision and direction. You will enjoy building caring relationships and liaising with fellow professionals within the school community.
Requirements
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Level 2 Maths and English
* Full UK Driving Licence
About Us
Red Kite School is a brand-new, purpose-built independent SEN school, designed to support up to 60 pupils with SEMH needs. It is located in Princes Risborough. We are a founding member of staff and are shaping a nurturing, inclusive learning environment from the ground up.
