Contact Centre Sales Manager

Up to £45,000 + OTE = £65,000 upwards
This is SaaS sales, and we have a spot on our floor for a business development focused Sales Manager who is ready for the next step in their career.
Our business development function is thriving right now. With our annual awards having taken place last week and top performers hitting over £9 million in sales revenue, the team celebrates success, and BDMs are making our Platinum & Millionaires Clubs. This isn't a floor that's failing; it is a high‑performance, high‑energy group of sales superstars.
We need a direct Sales Manager used to high energy, a fast‑paced environment, and capable of keeping sales staff under control. The ideal candidate is strong‑headed, not afraid to speak up, shares ideas in a growing environment, and has proven success supporting staff to be their best.
Responsibilities
* Interview potential new staff members for your team
* Coaching, training, and ongoing development of BDMs
* Guide BDMs through their career pathways to progress to the next level
* Conduct morning huddles daily to set goals for the day
* Conduct 1:1s, set KPIs, and manage demo targets
* Manage a team of 10‑12 BDMs throughout the day
Your development matters to us; we welcome individuals who have taken a sidestep or drop to rise higher in the long run. We aim for long‑term members who eventually want to become a Head Of as our team grows.

Qualifications
* Experience managing a team of BDMs (field or office)
* Experience supporting a team of sales closers via demos/meetings
* Experience managing a SaaS sales team
