MacGregor Black is partnering with a global spirits distributor with a market-leading portfolio on the search for a Key Account Manager to join their London On-Trade team. This is a permanent role, focused on driving distribution, visibility, and brand engagement across high-profile venues.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute account plans across key On-Trade customers, driving distribution and rate of sale
* Build and manage relationships with influential venues across Prestige On-Trade, IFT, and managed groups
* Deliver impactful brand activations, including signature serves, menu placements, and in-venue experiences
* Identify new business opportunities and unlock growth within existing accounts
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across your territory
* Maintain strong visibility in the trade, attending events, tastings, and customer activations
* Track performance, customer activity, and opportunities through CRM and reporting tools
What We're Looking For
* Experience working within the London On-Trade, particularly across Prestige, Premium, and Independent Free Trade
* Background in spirits or premium drinks, with a strong understanding of brand building in the On-Trade
* Proven ability to manage key accounts and influence decision-makers within hospitality
* Strong network across London venues, bartenders, and operators
* Commercially minded, with the ability to balance brand-building with delivering results
* Highly personable, credible, and comfortable operating in customer-facing environments
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage a dynamic territory
Up to £50,000 base salary
