Responsibilities
* Oversee all clinical aspects of the practice
* Ensure high standards of care aligned with RCVS guidance, industry regulations, and IVC Evidensia best practices.
* Implement clinical governance, protocols, audits, and quality improvement.
* Mentor and develop the veterinary team.
* Hold personal and team-wide accountability in line with the Veterinary Surgeon role profile and RCVS standards.
* Drive operational excellence and outstanding patient care.
Qualifications & Skills
* MRCVS-qualified with strong clinical experience.
* Proven leadership skills or ambition to lead a team.
* Confidence in managing clinical standards and protocols.
* Solid understanding of practice operations and finances.
* Excellent communication and team development abilities.
* Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Committed to continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
