Description
* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across the site.
* Provide guidance and training to staff on health and safety practices.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
* Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
* Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
* Collaborate with management to foster a culture of safety within the organisation.
* Prepare and present reports on health and safety performance to key stakeholders.
Profile
* Relevant qualifications in health and safety management.
* Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £46,000 per annum.
* Working M-F on site, 8am-5pm
