An established and forward‑thinking GP Training Practice in Kent is seeking a motivated Salaried GP to join its highly regarded clinical team. This practice sits within a dynamic and innovative GP federation, providing a wide range of primary care and urgent care services across multiple sites — including GP surgeries, Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs), A&E support hubs, and community mental health services. Responsibilities
Key Details:
* Up to £13,000 per session
* 4 sessions per week
* 15‑minute appointments
* EMIS Web
* Flexible working options, term‑time, annualised hours, and multi‑site sessions
* Teaching and training opportunities within an accredited Training Practice
* Experienced multidisciplinary team including ANPs, Paramedics, and Pharmacists
Role context includes delivering high‑quality primary and urgent care across multiple sites within a supportive, digitally enabled network, and contributing to clinician wellbeing and professional growth.
