ENFORCEMENT OFFICER 2 full time permanent posts, 1 full time fixed term contract for 1 year We are seeking three new Enforcement Officers to join our Housing Services team at SCH to deliver a high-quality, responsive, and solutions focused service to our residents. This is a key role in our Housing Services team that will manage a portfolio of cases where enforcement intervention is necessary following sustained breaches of tenancy and ensuring that witnesses and victims are supported throughout the process. We are looking for someone pro-active, who is experienced in tenancy management, enforcement or anti-social behaviour casework who can manage conflict, de-escalate difficult situations, and engage with challenging individuals. If you are confident in handling complex, sensitive and high-risk situations, and have proven experience of preparing legal documentation and case files for court, with a strong understanding of tenancy law and tenancy breaches, and the ASB Crime and Policing Act 2014, this may be the opportunity for you. Please note that frequent travel across the Borough is an essential requirement of the role. A full driving licence and use of a car is essential.
