Our client, a global manufacturing company based in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to support the UK sales team.
In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will manage the administrative functions that underpin the sales operations - from order processing and CRM updates to customer communication and documentation handling.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Support the UK sales team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
2. Manage order entry and update order progress via CRM and order acknowledgement to customers
3. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales campaigns in CRM
4. Coordinate with internal teams to communicate shipping details (ETA, tracking) to customers
5. Follow up on overdue payments and support after-sales customer satisfaction
6. Raise and process RMA requests, concessions, order amendments, and warranty orders
7. Create and update customer accounts in IFS; complete supplier setup forms
8. Prepare basic quotations and provide lead times to support the sales cycle
