Applies primer, top coat paint, and sprayed applied coatings to aircraft parts to assure compliance. Performs straight masking operations. Performs minor filling operations related to the cosmetic appearance of the part being worked. Ability to rub down and prepare surfaces prior to application of paint Must be a team player. To support and drive projects and drive Continuous Improvement activities Flexible to business needs and a requirement to work various shift patterns as required Must be able to learn proper scope of work documentation procedures and working knowledge of parts worked within evaluation period. Responsible for the accomplishment and quality of their own work.
